It is a gastronomic event in which couscous is the basic element.
The Cous Cous Fest is not only a summer food festival but also lots of music with a multitude of people parading through the streets of San Vito Lo Capo.
Every year more than 150,000 people from all over the globe are attracted to what is the largest couscous festival in Italy and in all of Europe.
During this event it is possible to taste not only couscous in its various forms and preparations but also many other typical Sicilian gastronomic choices such as arancini, cannoli, bread with panelle and much more.
